You agree to provide accurate information about yourself, your location and contact information in your profile. You do not impersonate any person or falsely represent any group or organization. You do not solicit or lure other users for unwanted business promotions, personal or sensitive information, sell products, or sending messages or contents that may contain information that may be offensive.
You agree that you will not engage in any abusive spamming practices—e.g., repeatedly uploading defected or illegal data.
You do not post or upload documents or photos that are subject to violation of copyrights or infringement of third-party properties including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademark, patent, classified information, and research/trade secrets.
You do not post contents that have been prohibited to disclose or publish by any local, state or federal government of the United States or international law
You do not upload any contents that contain government classified information or any information that expose national security.
You do not attempt to upload executable files, library files, or scripts in which file extensions have been altered to disguise as readable documents.
You do not upload files that contain any viruses, spyware, worms or any harmful codes that can damage hardware or the system.
You do not plagerize or alter contents of documents owned by other users and reupload them to this site unless permitted by the original owner.
You do not sell, resell, distribute, attach to bulk email, or any attempts to make a personal profit of downloaded contents from this site.
You do not attempt to post data or login to Pubpedia.com from a different domain unless the domain is specifically permitted by us.
You do not attempt to login to our web server if you do not have the server access authorization from us.
You do not use any automated software or programs, such as spider or scraper, to access our system or website.
4. Private Documents and Sharing
You are the sole owner of the documents, photos, or readable contents that are created or uploaded under your account. You are responsible for managing, maintaining, and sharing your documents and versions. All documents remain private unless they are released to public. We do not actively monitor or enforce restrictions on the contents of private documents, provided that they remain private under your own discretion.
You agree that we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented in your materials. The messages and contents express the views of the author (that is you), not necessarily the views of Pubpedia.com.
When sharing your private contents with other users, you are responsible for practicing common courtesy and professionalism. Document sharing is mutual and both sides must agree and understand your intent of sharing and the level of contents contained in the document. You sharing invitation can be declined or rejected by the invited user for any reason. You do not repeatedly attempt to share your documents to the same user who already declined your request.
5. Group Posting and Messaging
As stated in the Section 4, a proper conduct must be exercised when posting your documents to your groups or sending messages to other users.
Posting of documents or messages to groups must contain contents of common interest among other group members. You are prohibited from posting materials that are inappropriate or offensive to others. The group administrator has the right to remove you from the group or ban you permanently.
You do not harass other users by sending messages that are deemed to be hateful, offensive, vulgar, or threatening. In addition, you are prohibited from flooding messages of unsolicited business advances, advertisements, charity requests, proposals, or sexually offensive.
6. Public Release
We encourage you to submit documents to be released to the public if they contain useful information and artistic values that can be viewed, downloaded and shared by public users. Public users refer to both members and non-members who use Pubpedia.com. The public documents can be, but not limited to, legitimate job postings, classifieds, resumes, creative writing, research papers, photos, and any contents that are appropriately fit the categories listed in the Browse page. All public documents are reviewed and approved by the site administrator before released to the public. The determining factors for approval are based on the validity, legitimacy and usefulness of the contents.
You agree that we have the right to disapprove your public release request for any reasons without explanation. Mainly, we do not approve documents that contain visual or textual contents of pornography, promotion of violence, criminal activities, racially or ethnically offensive, sensitive government information, vulgar, distasteful or otherwise inappropriate. The inappropriate content constitutes any material that is determined as not worth being a public document. The site administrator has the right to change the category that best matches the content.
You agree that we do not monitor copyrighted contents, trademarks, or secrets that will constitute copyright infringements . You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any damages, legal issues, cost and liabilities that will result from posting contents that you do not have a grant or license of.
Our system may provide banners or hyperlinks to other web sites for advertisements or information resources. You acknowledge that we do not have any control over external sites and their contents. We do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.
You agree that we may terminate your password, username, account, or use of our Services and System and remove and discard any content within our system, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with this agreement.
We may also, at any time, discontinue providing our Services, or any part thereof, with or without prior notice.
You agree that any termination of your access to our Services or System under any provision of this Agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your accounts and web sites and all related information and files in your accounts and web sites and/or bar any further access to such files or our Services or System
You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to our Services or System.
9. Data Security
We use a system and software to protect your data as best as our resources and technical operations allow us to do. However, as with any websites, we do not guarantee a 100% fail proof system.
We are not liable for any loss or damage of contents, either partially or fully, resulting from events that are beyond our control.
You agree and acknowledge that you will always make a back-up copies of your data or contents on your system
10. Our Proprietary Rights
All proprietary and confidential information regarding our services and system, including but not limited to graphics, logos, interface design, application architecture, information, computer codes (both client side and server codes), and products, are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
You agree not to modify, sell, distribute, license, publish, or missuse our system and information, unless you have an exclusive authorization from us.
You agree and acknowledge that you will be liable for violating this agreement and will be responsible for any penalties or cost that will be incurred from your violation.
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold us, our contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors and affiliates harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including without limitation Network Solutions, Inc., and the directors, officers, employees and agents of each of them, including attorney's fees, of third parties relating to or arising under this Agreement, the Services provided hereunder or your use of the Services, including without limitation infringement by you, or someone else using the Service with your computer, of any intellectual property or other proprietary right of any person or entity, or from the violation of any of our operating rules or policy relating to the service(s) provided. You also agree to release, indemnify and hold us harmless pursuant to the terms and conditions contained in the Dispute Policy. When we are threatened with suit by a third party, we may seek written assurances from you concerning your promise to indemnify us; your failure to provide those assurances may be considered by us to be a breach of your Agreement.
